The actual languages we support is increasing by the day - but at current we support over 30 different languages. Even if we don't support the language you use you can still use SnippetCake to store your Snippets; albeit without syntax highlighting
With SnippetCake all you have to do is sign up and then start creating Categories for your snippets. Each category then can have snippets added to it. No overly complicate UI - just a simple to use online database for your code .
No! You can store 1 snippet or 1000. We don't limit how many snippets you can store in our database.
Yes! Your code is connected to your account; no one else can see the code you upload. Of course we still recommend you don't store passwords or other sensitive data on SnippetCake.
We want to be able to provide this service for free as we find it a really helpful tool for anyone who does programming. SnippetCake is hosted on the same servers we host our Website monitoring service StatusCake.
Yes! The Syntax Highlighting is provided by libaries within snippet by SteamDev and the original design style and some images from Snipply. Both under MIT.

As you type your changes are saved instantly to the cloud. If your computer crashes your snippets will be in the excact same way you left them when editing last.
